Consult the folders forms overview

You can consult the folders forms overview:

  1. Click Administration in the toolbar.
  2. Click Project setup.
  3. Click the ellipsis button at the top of the content pane.
    A context menu appears.
  4. Click Folders forms overview.
    The Folders forms overview window appears.
    Tip:
    • Click on a column header to sort the items in that column.
    • Filter the list with one of the filter buttons.
    • Click on a form name to open a preview of the form.
    • The number of forms is displayed.
  5. If you want to edit an attached form:
    1. Hover over a form.
    2. Click the Edit icon.

      The Edit metadata: Attached form name window appears.

    3. Select and/or edit your preferred settings.
    4. Click Confirm.
  6. If you want to remove an attached form:
    1. Hover over a form.
    2. Click the X icon.

      The Detach form window appears.

    3. Click Detach to confirm.

      A pop up window informs you that the link is removed.

  7. Click Close to close the window.
