Copy a document

You can copy one or more documents to another folder:

  1. Click Files in the toolbar.
  2. Select the applicable folder.
  3. Select the document(s) you want to copy.
  4. Click the ellipsis button at the top of the content pane.
    A context menu pops up.
  5. Click Copy.
    The Copy window appears.
  6. If applicable, edit the document name, and update the status.
  7. Select the target project and folder.
  8. If applicable, enable Add as a revision of.
  9. If applicable, tick Copy with notes and annotations.
  10. Click Copy.
A pop up window informs you that the documents are copied.

If applicable, click Send notification in the pop up window to inform users by email.
