Project setup

Project setup:
  • Displays all folders, subfolders, binders, forms, and workflows of a project, as set up by the project administrator.
  • Allows to add (sub)folders and binders, for example address book and mail folders.
  • Allows to edit folders.
  • Allows to move and copy (sub)folders.
  • Allows to give access rights to roles.

    You can select a folder and set the access rights per role.

  • Allows to manage the project folder subscriptions.
  • Allows to back up or restore access rights.
  • Allows to consult overviews of folders forms and folders workflows.
  • Allows to subscribe for updates.
  • Allows to unsubscribe from updates.
  • Allows to export folder access details.
