Reassign tasks Click Administration in the toolbar. Click Users. Select a user. Click the ellipsis button at the top of the content pane. A context menu pops up. Click Reassign tasks. The Reassign tasks window appears. Select the applicable user, or perform a search. Note: The reassignable user must have the same role membership as the assigned user. Click Reassign to transfer the tasks. A pop up window informs you that the tasks are successfully reassigned.
