Work with reservations

Reservations are blank documents to be filled in by the project member. A reservations is used as placeholder for the final document. The final document can be added as a revision, which will replace the placeholder.

You can add a reservation to a folder with metadata added and Rename uploaded documents based on the fields' content enabled:

  1. Click Files in the toolbar.
  2. Select the applicable (sub)folder in the tool menu.
  3. Click the ellipsis button at the top of the content pane.
    A context menu pops up.
  4. Click Add reservation.
    The Add reservation window appears.
  5. Edit the number of reservations.
  6. Update the status.
  7. If applicable, enter a description.
  8. Click Add.
A pop up window informs you that the reservation is successfully added.
