Select the entities you want to copy, then specify the base point.
Options within the command
Repeat
The last copy is repeated, using the same offset distance and direction.
Divide
Creates a number of copies of the original entity (1), based on an end point for division (2) and a number of copies.
Measure
Creates a number of copies of the original entity (1), based on an end point for measure (2) and a distance between copies (3).
Array
Allows you to choose between the Pick, Measure and Divide options.
Pick
Allows you to interactively pick locations for the copied entities, using a temporary array.
After selecting an object to copy (1) and a base point (2), specify an angle and define the column and row spacing for the array by selecting a point (3). The cursor snaps to the intersection of each column and row, so you can only pick one array element at a time (4).
Measure
Allows you to specify an array set to be filled with copies of the selected entity based on a specified interdistance.
After selecting an object to copy (1) and a base point (2), specify an angle and define the column and row spacing for the array by selecting a second point (3). Next, specify the third point (4) to indicate the array zone.
Divide
Allows you to define a box that represents an array set, to be filled with a specified number of copies of the selected entity.
Specify an angle and choose the other corner for the array set, then specify the number of columns and rows.
