Note: When the viewport is larger than the layout, it is displayed in red.

Click the Configuration tab.

Double-click to change the properties:
  • Under Sheets Folder you may change the name of the folder where the sheets will be stored.
  • Under Categories you can change the Prefix and Number From for each Section Type.
  • Under Margins you can set the margins of the page.
Note: Bim project data is now initialized with an .xml file that can be edited by users. The bimproj_project.xml file is used only when creating a project, and it is located in the user's Roaming folder (C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Bricsys\BricsCAD\V22x64\en_US\Support).

For example, users may set other values than default ones for:

  • 'sheets_folder' name of the folder that will be created and used by the sheetset setup dialog
  • sheet_margins_metric or imperial
  • 'number_width' not present in UI but will be used when set in XML. This number defines the number of chars being used for the sheet numbers: e.g. set to 5, with number_from set to 100 and prefix to A, will generate A-00100, A-00101.
  • .'models_folder' unused for now, etc.
Note: Only valid data introduced by the user are accepted.

Click Create Sheets. An overview of the project displays and the sheets are generated.
