Upgrading BricsCAD or extending your subscription (Single/Volume license)
BricsCAD® license upgrades no longer generate new license keys. Your current license key remains valid for future upgrades.
Important: 
- We strongly recommend activating or upgrading BricsCAD® online.
 - If the license was activated offline, you need to revoke it first. See the Revoke a BricsCAD® license (limited operation) article for more information.Remember: Only 2 revokes are possible. For online activated licenses, deactivation and reactivation are unlimited.
 
Upgrading BricsCAD® license online
Upgrading BricsCAD® version
When you have purchased a version upgrade for BricsCAD® you need to install the new version and launch it. A pop-up showing the updated version is displayed.
Extending your subscription
When you have purchased an extension for your subscription, a pop-up showing the updated expiration date is displayed after you launch BricsCAD®. The pop-up is displayed only after your initial subscription expires.
Upgrading BricsCAD® level
 When you have purchased a level upgrade, you need to reactivate your BricsCAD® key following the next steps:
- Launch BricsCAD®.
 - Run the LICENSEMANAGER command to open the Bricsys License Manager dialog box.
 - Click the Manage License button to open the dialog box.
 - Click the Modify... button to open the dialog box. Your key is already prefilled in the License Key field.
 - Click the Ok button to reactivate your BricsCAD® key.
 
Upgrading BricsCAD® license offline
To upgrade your BricsCAD® license when you can’t connect to the internet, follow the procedure described in the Offline/manual activation (Single/Volume license) article.
