Delete a form entry

You can delete an entry from a form:

1. Click Forms in the toolbar.
2. Select the applicable form folder in the tool menu.
3. Select the applicable form in the content pane.
4. Select a form entry.
5. Click the ellipsis button at the top of the content pane.

   A context menu pops up.

6. Click the Delete button.

   The Delete form window appears.

7. Click Delete.

   A pop-up window informs you that the form is successfully deleted.
