Delete a role

You can delete a role:

  1. Click Administration in the toolbar.
  2. Click Roles.
  3. Select a role in the content pane.
  4. Click the ellipsis button at the top of the content pane.

    A context menu pops up.

  5. Click Delete.

    The Delete roles window appears.

  6. Click Delete to delete this role.

A pop up window informs you that the role is deleted.

Note: To delete a role, ensure that it is not part of any workflows. If the role was assigned to any workflow activities, those activities need to be edited so that they are no longer assigned to this role. If the role is the coordinator of a workflow, the coordinator must be changed, in order to delete the role.
