Move documents to recycle bin
You can move one or more documents to recycle bin:
- Click Files
in the toolbar.
- Select the applicable folder.
- Select the document(s) you want to move.
- Click the ellipsis button
at the top of the content pane.
A context menu pops up.
- Click Move to recycle bin.
The Move to recycle bin window appears.
- Click the Delete button.
A pop up window informs you that the documents have been deleted. The files move to the Recycle bin.
Note:
- You need the Delete permission on that folder to move documents to recycle bin.
- Only the administrator can access the Recycle bin and delete the files definitively or restore them to the original document folder. To do this, the administrator needs to have the Recycle bin option enabled from .
