AMRESCALE command
Rescales dimensions, symbols, tables and texts in both model space and layout.
Note: This command only works for drawings that contain mechanical entities. To set the environment for BricsCAD Mechanical drawings, see the Overview of 2D Mechanical Drawings commands article.
Method
Enter the new symbol scale and select the entities you want to rescale. Entities rescaled in both model space and layout are dimensions, symbols, hatches, and tables. Annotations are enlarged or shrunk without affecting the drawing geometry. Also, the offset distance between the dimension lines and the entity is adjusted to prevent scaled dimension texts from overlapping. The mechanical symbol associated with the PDIM entity (for example, the datum identifier) remains attached and moves with the PDIM entity, keeping the same side.
