Creates a jogged dimension for arcs or circles.

Description
Creates a jogged dimension for arcs or circles. It is useful when the center of the arc or circle is outside the layout area.
Method
Select an arc or a circle to add a jogged dimension and specify the center location override.
Options within the command
- Angle
- Sets an angle of the dimension text.
- Text
- Sets the dimension text that represents the actual dimension.
