-GISEXPORT command
Exports vector geographic features to SHP, GML or KML/KMZ file formats via Command line.
Method
Select entities in the drawing, then press Enter to open the Export as dialog box. You can save the current drawing data to SHP, GML or KML/KMZ file formats.
If you select SHP or GML file formats, you are also prompted to enter an EPSG for the target coordinate system. Select None if you do not want to specify one.
Note: The ESRI SHP export file format does not support layers with multiple geometry types. Select the geometry type for the GIS layer you want to export.
Options within the command
- None
- Specifies no EPSG for the target coordinate system.
- Points
- Exports in SHP file format only the entities on the GIS layer with the geometry type Point.
- Lines
- Exports in SHP file format only the entities on the GIS layer with the geometry type Line.
- pOlygons
- Exports in SHP file format only the entities on the GIS layer with the geometry type Polygon.
- Cancel
- Cancels the command.
