Merges layers of selected entities into a destination layer.

Method

Select the entities on the layers to be merged and then select an entity on the target layer.

Note:
  • The entities on the merged layers are moved to the target layer.
  • The merged layers are purged from the drawing.

Options within the command

Type-it
Allows you to enter the layer name.
List
Allows you to enter the layer name(s) to list.
*
Lists all available layers.
Do you want to continue?
Yes
The merged layers are purged.
No
Exits the command, without merging the layers.
