VIEWHORIZONTAL command
Rotates viewpoint to the horizontal.
Description
Sets the Z component of the 3D viewpoint to 0 in the current UCS, so that the viewpoint rotates to the horizontal.
This command works like setting Z to 0 with the VIEWPOINT command.
