Reset attributes after editing the block record

If on, the attributes in the associated block references are synchronized.

That is, their parameters, such as rotation angle, position, height of the font, etc. (except the text values), are set in accordance with those of the attribute definitions. Additionally, the missing attributes are restored, and those that have no definitions are removed.

If off, nothing is done.
