CTRLMBUTTON system variable

Middle Button Click

The CTRLMBUTTON system variable sets the values to turn On or Off the Temporary tracking points entity snap when the middle mouse button (mouse wheel) is used during a command.

  • If CTRLMBUTTON is set to 1 for ON, pressing the middle mouse button during a command runs the TK transparent shortcut and prompts you in the Command line to specify the temporary tracking points.
  • If CTRLMBUTTON is set to 0 for OFf, the system variable turns Off the Temporary tracking points entity snap using the middle mouse button.
Note: This system variable is only available on the Command line.
