Alt multiplier
Controls the conversion of alternate units. See also the DIMALT system variable.
Multiples the primary unit to give alternate units. If one drawing unit equals 1 inch and the value is set to 25.4, alternate linear dimensions are expressed in mm.

25.4 Note: The default value applies when the MEASUREMENT system variable is set to 0 and the INSUNITS system variable is set to inches. When the MEASUREMENT system variable is set to 1 and the INSUNITS system variable is set to millimeters, the default value is 0.0394.
