Text offset vertical

Controls the vertical position of dimension above or below the dimension line. Acts as a multiplier of the DIMTXT system variable, when the DIMTAD system variable is set to Centered between extension lines.

A value of 1.0 is equivalent to setting the DIMTAD system variable to on (1).
