Facet resolution

Controls the smoothness of shaded, rendered and hidden line views.

Values between 0.01 and 10.0 are accepted. Large values can have a significant impact on memory usage and performance.

Note:

Increasing the FACETRES value reduces the number of facets and enhances drawing performance.
When a heavy drawing is stored with an inconveniently low FACETRES value, it can be difficult to open. Turning off the SPAUSEFACETRES system variable overrides FACETRES and applies the settings from MODELERPROPERTIES.
