Bricsys 24/7 status page

The Bricsys 24/7 Status Page provides real-time updates on the uptime of our front-end and back-end systems. Bookmark and stay informed with a quick glance at our platform's operational status.

The Status Page shows the status of the multi-tenant environments (MY/EU, AMER and APAC).

Subscribe to updates

The Subscribe to Updates option allows users to monitor the status of specific environments. Users will be notified about any updates related to the environments they subscribe to.

When selecting Subscribe to Updates, users will be asked to log in with their email address. If they are not yet subscribed, they will be prompted to subscribe. After entering their email, they will need to provide a verification code sent to them.

Once logged in, the Manage Subscription page will be displayed. Here, users can choose specific monitors to receive updates from or enable the Subscribe to all monitors option to receive updates from all available monitors.

Recent maintenances

The Recent Maintenances category allows the user to view the most recent maintenance activities, such as Upcoming Maintenance or Maintenance Completed.

For Upcoming Maintenance, the user can see updates such as the scheduled dates for the next release.

For Maintenance Completed, the user can see updates such as the release notes.

Availability per Component

The Availability per Component category allows users to view the status of our multi-tenant environments. For each environment, the status of both the back-end and front-end systems is displayed. The possible statuses are UP, DEGRADED, DOWN, and MAINTENANCE. Additionally, uptime percentages for the last 30 days are displayed by default.

The Share option can also be used to share the monitor through different methods, such as Share Link, Embed, Badge SVG, and Live Status.

Browse Events

The Browse Events option allows the user to navigate between events and view information related to a specific date, including whether any incidents have occurred.
