* At least one of the solids must be a linear solid.
Optional. Select detail objects (solids, block references, faces, edges,...) to be copied as part of the connection. [selection options (?)]: (Select detail objects to be included in the propagate process.)

Description |
Copy as Block |
This option is available when detail objects are selected only. A block is created from the selected detail objects, which is then copied. The default block names are Block, Block 1, Block 2, ... You can rename blocks in the Blocks category in the Drawing Explorer. See the EXPBLOCKS command. |
Plain Copy |
This option is available when detail objects are selected only. The detail objects are copied as is. |
Inflate first |
Expands the sensitive zone to include similar solids which are not connected yet in the model.
Prompts you: Enter inflation distance: (Type a value.) |
Save Detail |
A File dialog displays. You are prompted to specify a file name to save the detail. |
Save Detail to Library |
The Save Detail dialog displays. See the BIMCREATEDETAIL command. |

BimPropagateCorner - Propagates details connected to three planar base solids (i.e., corners).
BimPropagateEdges - Propagates a detail along the edge of a planar solid; can be used to propagate railings, gutters, borders, wall caps, etc.
BimPropagatePattern - Propagates a single element on a flat surface to multiple locations and grids; can be used to propagate lights, light switches, windows, air diffusers, etc.
BimPropagatePlanar - Propagates connections between planar elements (walls/slabs/roofs).
