Copy a form

You can copy a form:

  1. Click Forms in the toolbar.
  2. Select the applicable form folder in the tool menu.
  3. Select the applicable form in the content pane.
  4. Click the ellipsis button at the top of the content pane.

    A context menu pops up.

  5. Click Copy.

    The Copy window appears.

  6. Select the form folder where you want to copy the form to.
    Tip: You can copy the form to a different project.
  7. If applicable, enable the Copy data option.

    The Copy data option copies all form entries with the form.

  8. Click Copy.

    A pop-up window informs you that the form is successfully copied.

Note: If the form is copied from project X to project Y with the Copy data option enabled, the form entries are retained. For example, if the form includes a Counter field and it is linked to multiple folders, the counter takes into account all existing entries across those folders.
