Add a binder subfolder

You can add a binder subfolder:

  1. Click Administration in the toolbar.
  2. Click Project setup.
  3. Select the applicable folder in the content pane (document, binder or BIM).
  4. Click the ellipsis button at the top of the content pane.

    A context menu pops up.

  5. Click Add binder to add a sub-binder.

    The Add new binder to window appears.

  6. Enter a folder name.
  7. Optional: type a description.
  8. If applicable:
    • Enable Show only documents with status, and select the applicable statuses.
    • Enable Copy access rights from parent folder.
  9. Click Add.

    A pop up window informs you that the binder subfolder is successfully added. The new binder subfolder appears in the content pane.
