View annotations on 3D entities
When a user opens a document containing annotations, the icon of the user who created each annotation is displayed, as designed.
Important: Annotations cannot be edited or deleted.
Note: Annotations are revision-based. This means you can not see the annotations of previous revisions when viewing the latest version of the document.
- Click an annotation pin on the model.
The annotation preview window opens.
Note:- Clicking an annotation pin on the model highlights the corresponding annotation in the Annotation panel. Likewise, clicking an annotation in the panel will highlight and open the corresponding annotation on the document.
- Click Read more.
The Annotation details window opens.
