I don't see all applications in the app bar

The applications in Bricsys 24/7 are visible in the app bar on the left and their visibility depends on two factors:

Folder type

Each app represents a different folder type. The more folder types you have in a project, the more possible apps that will be available.

For example, to have the Address Book app, you need to create a folder of type Address book.

Access

The other factor is your access. If you have an Address book folder in your project but you don’t have access to it, the Address Book app will not be available.

The administrator of the project is the only one who can create folders and set access. If you are an administrator you can take a look at Add a folder section in the Create the folder structure article, which takes you through all the steps to create a new folder.
