AMSURFSYM command
Creates a surface symbol.

Note: This command only works for drawings that contain mechanical entities. To set the environment for BricsCAD® Mechanical drawings, see the Overview of 2D Mechanical Drawings commands article.
Method
Note: The surface symbol is added to the AM_5 layer.
Select the object to attach the surface symbol and specify the points for its location. The Surface texture dialog box opens to define all surface texture parameters.
Note: When the symbol is attached to an object without a leader, you are prompted to select a side for its positioning. When the symbol is not attached to an object, you must specify the rotation angle.
Double-click a surface texture symbol to open the Surface texture dialog box and change its parameters.
You can also change the surface texture symbol's properties from the Properties panel.
Note: The surface symbol properties depend on the used standard.
