Description

Creates a direct connection to a Leica Infinity file. This connection provides a live link, allowing you to create Civil Points and Strings that are automatically updated when the Leica Infinity file changes.

Method

Enter the path to the Leica Infinity IPRJ file in the Command line or press Enter to open the Leica Connector dialog box.

The Leica Connector dialog box provides a direct connection to a Leica Infinity database, allowing you to see changes made to imported Civil point and String objects, both in the drawing and in the Leica Infinity file.

When you run the LEICACONNECTOR command for the first time, you are informed that it is not possible to establish a connection to the Leica Web API.

Click the Download Leica Web API button to automatically download the installer for the Leica Web API application, then install it.

Run the LEICACONNECTOR command again. After establishing a connection to the Leica Web API, click the Browse button () to open the Import dialog box and select the Leica Infinity IPRJ file to import.

Connection name

Displays the connection name. The default name is the name of the imported Leica Infinity IPRJ file. Click the field to edit it.

Source file

Displays the path of the Leica Infinity IPRJ source file. Click the Browse button () to open the Import dialog box and select the Leica Infinity IPRJ file to import.

Leica Infinity database

Lists the imported Leica Infinity objects.

Objects
Displays the Civil Points an Strings imported from the Leica Infinity IPRJ file.
Unchanged
Displays the numbers of the unmodified objects in the drawing.
Modified
Displays the numbers of the modified objects in the drawing.
New
Displays the numbers of the objects imported from Leica Infinity file in the drawing.
Deleted in Infinity
Displays the number of objects deleted from the Leica Infinity IPRJ file since the last load.
Deleted Locally
Displays the number of imported objects that have been deleted from the drawing.
