Volume difference allowance

The allowed percentual difference between volumes, during the SMREPAIR command. Exceeding the allowance will trigger a warning.

Note: When the SMREPAIRVOLUMEALLOWANCE system variable has a value greater than 0, the system calculates and stores the model volume before and after the global SMREPAIR command, then compares the results using the percentage volume difference to verify that the change remains within the allowed tolerance.
