Exports a TIN surface to a DEM file format via Command line.

Method

Select the TIN surface and the export DEM format. Specify the grid density and elevation sampling method, then assign a name to the DEM file.

Options within the command

Name
Allows you to select the TIN surface by name.
? to list tin surfaces
Lists all existing TIN surface names in the Command line.
Select export DEM format
Allows you to choose the DEM file format.
Tiff
Exports to a GeoTiff file format.
Dem
Exports to a USGS Digital Elevation Model file format.
Select DEM grid density
Allows you to set the DEM grid density.
Get surface grid elevations by
Allows you to choose how each elevation point along a DEM profile is determined by the selected surface.
Linear interpolation
The elevation for each point along a DEM profile is sampled from the selected surface.
Gridding
The elevation for each point along a DEM profile corresponds to the average elevation in a region the size of one grid cell, centered at that point.
