Constrains entities horizontally.

Description
Horizontally constrains the distance between two points, or the length of a single entity.
Note: “Horizontal” means the constraint lies in the X direction of the current coordinate system.
Method
There are two methods to begin constraining horizontally:
- By distance: constrain the distance between two entities horizontally.Note: Valid constraint points are located at same geometric locations as entity snaps, such as the ends and middles of lines, centers and quad points of circles and arcs, and so on.
- By entity: constrain an entity horizontally.Note: Constrains the following entities horizontally: Line, Arc, Polyline segment, Polyline arc segment.
