Description
Create a Civil String entity using 3D lines and curves.
Strings are organized in String Groups. Strings within the same group have the option to interact with each other when they cross, creating an elevation point at the intersection. They cross through the exact same elevation.
Note: The Civil Strings can be used as grading input entities, TIN surface breaklines, and corridor baselines. They fill the gap between the (3D) polylines and Alignments functionality.
Method
To create a Civil String, specify the points and their elevations.
Note: Strings can be imported from Survey data, LandXML, or from Civil 3D drawing
that contains Feature Lines.
