Extracts meshes, solids, points, faces, contours, borders or intersection lines from a TIN surface, Grading, or TIN Volume Surface, via Command line.

Description

Creates a mesh or 3D solid between two TIN Surfaces / Gradings / TIN Volume Surfaces or between a TIN Surface / Grading / TIN Volume Surface and elevation or vertical offset.

Method

Select a surface (TIN Surface / Grading / TIN Volume Surface) and choose which entity want to extract or create.

Options within the command

Mesh
Creates a mesh as an offset, between surfaces or as an elevation.
vertical offset
Creates a mesh as a vertical offset above a TIN Surface / Grading / TIN Volume Surface.
between Surfaces
Creates a mesh between two surfaces (TIN Surface / Grading / TIN Volume Surface).
Elevation
Creates a mesh vertically from a TIN Surface / Grading / TIN Volume Surface to a fixed elevation height.
Separate cut and fill
If YES, it creates separate meshes for cut and fill.
Solid
Creates a solid as an offset between surfaces or as an elevation.
vertical offset
Creates a solid as a vertical offset above a TIN Surface / Grading / TIN Volume Surface.
between Surfaces
Creates a solid between two surfaces (TIN Surface / Grading / TIN Volume Surface).
Elevation
Creates a solid vertically from a TIN Surface / Grading / TIN Volume Surface to a fixed elevation height.
Separate cut and fill
If YES, it creates separate solids for cut and fill.
Points
Extracts all points on the surface.
Faces
Extracts all triangular faces of the surface.
Contours
Extracts the contours of the surfaces for an elevation.
Minor
Extracts the contours of the surfaces for the elevation value.
maJor
Extracts the contours of the surfaces for the elevation value.
All
Creates contours for all elevations.
Border
Extracts the outer boundary of the surface.
Intersection lines
Extracts 3D Polylines at the intersection between two surfaces (TIN Surfaces, Gradings, or TIN Volume Surfaces).
TIN Surface
Extracts a TIN Surface from a Grading or a TIN Volume Surface.
