-GISIMPORT command
Imports vector geographic features from SHP or KML/KMZ file formats via Command line.

Description
Allows you to import vector geographic features with their original location, shape and attributes from SHP or KML/KMZ files into the current drawing and specify properties for each imported GIS Feature (Layer).
Note:
- GIS Features are imported in the drawing as CAD entities: points, lines, polylines.
- GIS Features are imported on specified drawing layers.
- Only GIS Features inside the specified area are imported in a drawing.
- ESRI Geodatabase formats are supported.
Method
Select the import file or folder. Then, insert the full path for the file or folder you chose.
Options within the command
- File
- Opens the Open file dialog box to select a file to import.
- fOlder
- Opens the Choose input folder dialog box to select a folder to import.
- All
- Allows you to select all the entities from the file or folder to import.
- Select
- Allows you to select any closed entity made from polylines that is non-self-intersecting to define the import area.
- Define
- Allows you to define any closed entity made from polylines that is non-self-intersecting to define the import area.
- Undo
- Undoes the last polygonal segment.
- Cancel
- Exits the command.
