Note:
  • The DRAWINGVIEWFLAGS system variable enables parallel creation or updating of drawing views. This can reduce view processing time, but uses more resources.
  • The DRAWINGVIEWASM system variable enables the use of assembly data structures to optimize generation of drawing views.

Description

Manually updates the selected or all drawing views created by the VIEWBASE and VIEWSECTION commands when automatic updates (VIEWUPDATE) are turned off.

Options within the command

Select drawing views
Updates the selected views.
All views
Updates all views in the current layout.
