Description

Opens the Settings dialog box with the Modeler properties for ACIS category expanded to view and modify relevant system variables.

The Modeler properties for ACIS can be used to fine-tune faceting for better display. It offers more advanced faceting configuration than the simple configuration provided by the FACETRES system variable.

Note:
  • You can override the drawing-based FACETRES when you want performance at the expense of display quality.
  • To improve editing performance without considering faceting quality, set the SPANORMALTOL system variable to a large angle (for example, 60 degrees) and the SPASURFACETOL system variable to a large negative value (for example, -30).
